Why is my data not working even tho I have some?
Restart your device.
Open your Settings app and tap Network and Internet or Connections. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, and check if there's a difference. If not, turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on and check again.
Restart the phone

Restart your device to fix LTE mobile data issues

What LTE means?
LTE stands for Long Term Evolution and is sometimes referred to as 4G LTE. It's a standard for wireless data transmission that allows you to download your favorite music, websites, and video really fast—much faster than you could with the previous technology, 3G.
